the staff was really good. they offered a walking tour around the hotel. they arranged a tour too. they even discouraged another tour as it was not as good as one that was fully booked. i felt charmed as they always asked how our adventures went.

the room itself is tiny. i was like trolls in there. it was so sad with otherwise amazing hotel.

The staff was very helpful and efficient! i had a smooth check-in. the hotel design is excellent. breakfast was delicious with many choices. I liked the pastries. i found the location convenient. It was easy to walk to various attractions!

The hotel team showed really good attention during check-in. Restaurant meals were excellent, prepared according to our taste by talented chefs and front-of-house staff. A personalized walking tour given by duty managers offered a fantastic introduction to the city and its rich history. I found the attention of the staff superb in every area.

The room lighting needs improvement because it makes it difficult to see things properly.

The bathroom was fabulous. i especially liked the yellow one with a bathtub. breakfast offered a lot of options. The bellboy was really attentive and cute.

The room was modern, i will say that. however, the size was a real letdown. i mean it. moving around with two suitcases? forget it. the bathroom, though, was a decent size at least. breakfast also disappointed. Not much variety and what there was tasted like it had been sitting out a while. it felt more like a 3-star experience overall not what i hoped for.
